young professionals with 1-5 years’ experience who can demonstrate:
Strong professional
knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
An interest in learning
and achieving results quickly in a dynamic/changing environment
A strong motivation to
accelerate his/her career track
Leadership potential and a
determination to succeed
Excellent communication
skills
PC literacy (with strong
knowledge of MS Office suite)
Fluency in English and
perhaps other languages (German is an advantage)
Studies or
work assignments abroad are a plus
